Common Questions
Yes. Kashmir is very much open for tourism and receives hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. Our team operates regular batches and maintains close contact with local authorities.
The Gulmarg Gondola is one of the highest cable cars in the world, ascending to Apharwat Peak at approximately 4,200 m. The views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks are spectacular. Entry fees are not included in the package.
Kashmir houseboats on Dal Lake are unique floating hotels, often ornately decorated in traditional Kashmiri woodwork. They typically have private bedrooms, a lounge, and a dining area. A shikarawala (boatman) is always on call.
April to October is the summer tourism season. June and July see the greenest meadows. April and May have the famous tulip bloom. The valley is stunning in every month of the season.
