Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we cancel a trek due to safety concerns, weather, or insufficient batch size, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule to another batch at no extra cost.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your trek once, free of charge, if you notify us at least 21 days before your trek date. Subject to availability.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at thelooongweekend12@gmail.com with your booking ID and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
