1. Booking

Booking amount is Non-Refundable.

2. Payment

Remaining amount needs to be paid 5 days prior to the trip.

3. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions or unforeseen events.

4. Proof

Valid Government ID is mandatory at the time of travel.

5. Vehicle and Accommodation

Hotels and vehicles are provided as per the package. Extra usage or upgrades will incur additional charges.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of belongings or natural events beyond our control.

7. Conduct

Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and laws.

8. Costs and Consequences

Arising due to any force majeure situations like Natural calamities, political disturbances, health issues, delays/cancellations. Things beyond our control will be borne by the client.
